My Husband is ready to return Padma Shri Award

An RTI Activist filed a complaint with Union Home Ministry demanding that Sai Ali Khan be stripped of the Padma Shri award which was conferred to him in 2010 after being involved in an alleged public brawl at a restaurant. In return, Home Ministry seeked necessary information from Mumbai Police about the brawl case and examining the demand to take back the award.
When she was asked to respond on the controversy, Kareena Kapoor claimed that the National honour was bestowed on Saif after enough research by the Indian Government. "Saif is pretty relaxed and okay to give Padma Shri award back," adds the beauty.
Saif Ali Khan and Two of his Friends had allegedly beaten up a South Africa-based Businessman and his Father-in-Law at a Colaba hotel in Feb 2012. A case was booked against the trio under various sections and Mumbai's metropolitan court is yet to deliver the verdict.
