The firm made it to the headlines after it has decided to change the logo of the company. The new development came after the Mumbai Cyber Crime department officials directed the firm to change the logo in an email.
The latest development came after a member of Avesta Foundation NGO, who goes by the name Naaz Patel lodged a complaint with the Mumbai Cyber Police claiming that Myntra’s logo is offensive towards women.
The complaint was lodged against the firm in December 2020. In the complaint, the NGO member sought directives to remove the logo as it is offensive in nature for women.
