Mystery behind Uddanam Kidney Ailments

Samples collected in Villages such as Borivanka, Garudabhadra, Vagella, Kanchili and Siramamidi Villages have high levels of Uranium, Silica, Lead, Cadmium and Strontium, more than the permissible limit in drinking water.
The Committee slammed AP Government for not focusing on permanent solution till date. Setting up Dialysis Centres alone can't fetch remarkable results. There is need for deploying Medical Experts such as Nephrologists in Uddanam region.
A Public Meeting was planned on September 26th by Uddanam Kidney Baadithula Sangibava Committee to create awareness among the people.
