Nag reaches high court
By: Tupaki Desk | 1 July 2014 5:17 AM GMTIts known that Tollywood king Nagarjuna owned N Convention center has involved in deep troubles.Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) had recently marked it as Unofficial construction. They identified that 3.12 acres of Thammidikunta river was encroached for the 6.69 acres convention. The GHMC officials had marked the construction as illegal and it was rumored that it may be even demolished.
Now the issue landed in Court . Yesterday Nagarjuna has approached the high court alleging the officials made the survey in N-Convention center without issuing prior notices. Nagarjuna claimed that N Convention Centre was purchased legally. Lunch Motion petition is filed in case of emergency and the case is heard the very same day after lunch.
Meanwhile, Justice A Rajasekhar Reddy of the Hyd court directed the officials to maintain status quo (keep things the way they presently are) on N Convention Centre.
Looks like, Nag is leaving no stone unturned to prove his innocence. We will have to see how Nagarjuna deals with this murky issue!
