Naga Babu slammed Orthodox Fools who found fault with the dressing of younger generation in his latest session of 'My Channel - Naa Istam'. Without mentioning their names, He made people realise who are they with few hints - A Speaker who is known for his discourses on Sanatana Dharma, A Legendary Singer and An Actor who is also a Parliament Member. All of three prominent personalities expressed the view that skin show of Women leads to sexual harassment and suggested females to wear traditional clothes which cover top to bottom.
Mega Brother questioned, 'Who are you to tell that Women should only wear a certain kind of clothes? How could you say modern outfits preferred by Young Women are provoking Men and that is why crimes have been happening? As far as I know, Even those Women who wear traditional clothes faced sexual harassment. The problem is with the mindset of Men, not in the dressing of Women. This is why you have been dictating terms to Women, Actresses in particular. Be it any outfit, It's an individual choice...Women have the right to wear whatever they want. Who gave you the right to decide what they should wear? I am asking those Men who complain…why do they focus on Woman's outfit or cleavage or navel or thighs? First of all, These people need to change their mindset. Did any Woman say Men shouldn't wear dhoti or pants or shorts? When would these Orthodox Fools change instead of sticking to the outdated traditions? If Women pose nude, There are laws to take care of them. Why do you bother about dressing?
