Congress Legislator Ramreddy Venkat Reddy breathes his last recently due to cardiac arrest. By-Election to the Paleru Assembly Segment represented by Mr.Reddy was scheduled to take place on May 16th.
While Congress is keen to field Ramreddy Venkat Reddy's Wife, TRS named Minister Thummala Nageswara Rao as its candidate in the by-poll. To continue the winning streak, Minister KTR is being appointed as in-charge of Paleru election by KCR.
To counter TRS plans, TDP is trying to field Thummala's arch rival Nama Nageswara Rao in Paleru by-poll. Will Nama dare to take up the tough challenge?
Hinting at the chances of contesting by-poll, Nama Nageswara Rao breathed fire at KCR's rule accusing the CM of ignoring the people's welfare and misuse of power. He challenged Thummala to contest the by-poll after resigning to his Minister.
