Arrest Warrant Issued Against Anam Viveka

Nampally Court issued arrest warrant against Former MLA Anam Vivekananda Reddy in connection with the case related to objectionable comments on YCP MLA RK Roja.
Anam kept skipping the hearings in this case despite repeated summons. Court treated the negligence shown by the TDP Leader very seriously. An arrest warrant was issued for failing to appear in the court for offering his explanation at least once.
On February 29th, 2016, Anam Viveka made few insulting remarks on Nagari Legislator while addressing media. Then, The YCP Leader moved a defamation suit against Anam. Court accepted the petition and issued summons to the TDP Member. However, Anam hasn't turned up before the judge so far inspite of issuing many summons.
Recently, There is buzz that Anam Viveka has been suffering from serious illness. If that's true, He may have to face many troubles with the court order.
