Nara Lokesh - Is that another blunder?

Nothing seems to be working for Nara Lokesh after he was inducted into the AP Cabinet. He kept making errors one after the other, whether it's the glitches in oath-taking or Confusion over Birth/Death Anniversary.
During his Anantapur tour, AP Minister Nara Lokesh has given a call for party cadre to ensure that TDP wins 200 Seats in 2019 Polls. Party Activists were shell shocked to hear such a comment from CM's Son.
TDP Leaders and Workers were left clue less as there are only 175 Assembly Seats in AP at present. Should they assume Lokesh made that comment including 25 MP Seats as well? (Or) Does Lokesh believes that de-limitation of Assembly Constituencies will happen before 2019 Polls? It could be anyone of them but Main Opposition isn't going to waste this opportunity go waste.
