Revanth Reddy is a Gutsy Leader: Governor
By: Tupaki Desk | 20 Oct 2015 6:54 AM GMTTDP Delegation met Governor ESL Narasimhan to bring to his notice the never-ending suicides of farmers in Telangana state and the failure of TRS Government in addressing the serious issue.
An interesting conversation took place between Governor ESL Narasimhan & TDP Telangana Working President Revanth Reddy during this meeting. Recalling the old incident where TDP Legislator pulled his Chair in the State Assembly, Mr. Narasimhan commented in a satirical manner - 'Revanth Reddy is a very Gutsy Leader'. In response, Revanth Reddy reminded Governor that TRS Leader Harish Rao was one among those who pulled his chair but he could only remember him in connection with the incident.
This is for the first time Revanth Reddy went to Raj Bhavan after the controversial act in the Assembly for the sake of Telangana statehood in the year 2011. Hence, Governor didn't want to miss the opportunity and raised the topic soon after spotting the fire brand leader. TDP Leaders explained to Governor that situation at that point of time has prompted the Opposition Parties to be a bit aggressive.
