Biopics Trend has picked up pace in the Indian Film Industry. Even the impressive success rate of biopics has been prompting Filmmakers to move in such direction. After the biopics of MS Dhoni, Savitri and Sanjay Dutt, Now make way for the life story of PM Narendra Modi on the silver screen.
Paresh Rawal announced Narendra Modi biopic is in the offing and he would be reprising the role of Indian Prime Minister. Right now, Script Work is happening and it will be finalized by August 15th. Regular shoot might begin in September or October this year to ensure theatrical release ahead of 2019 Lok Sabha Polls. Paresh Rawal will also be producer of this biopic.
In a previous interview, The Veteran Actor claimed only he can play Narendra Modi on the screen out of love for him.
Interestingly, Paresh Rawal is playing key roles in few more biopics or films based on real-life incidents. He will be seen as Sanjay Dutt's Father Sunil Dutt in 'Sanju' and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval in a film based on Uri Terror Attack 2016.
