Babu in Deeksha - Modi Tweets B'Day Wishes!

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu launched 'Dharma Porata' deeksha at the Indira Gandhi Municipal Grounds in Vijayawada on his birthday (April 20th) against the Modi-led NDA Government. Nobody could tell what could be the outcome of such a protest after neglecting Special Status for four years.
At the time when TDP Leaders like Nandamuri Balakrishna had made controversial comments against him, Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to Twitter to extend birthday greetings to AP CM: 'Birthday wishes to Andhra Pradesh CM N Chandrababu Naidu Garu. I pray for his long and healthy life. @ncbn'.
With this Tweet, Modi gave an indication that the criticism and abuses of TDP Leaders hardly bothers him. Unfortunately, PM have enough time to convey birthday wishes but not for reacting on any issue in AP or demand form Andhrites. Why don't PM bother about the plight of five crore people? If he holds any grudge against Chandrababu Naidu, Should people of AP pay the price for it? If Centre feels corruption under TDP rule is rampant, Let it take action against the Leaders & Officials who amassed illegal wealth. Why does it stop funding to AP instead of punishing the culprits?
