PM Modi's First Visit to Telangana after 2014 Polls
By: Tupaki Desk | 24 July 2016 9:44 AM GMTPrime Minister Narendra Modi is going to visit Telangana on August 7th this year. This is going to be his first tour of Telangana after the 2014 General Elections.
Modi will be touring three districts of Telangana during his day-long visit to take part in few welfare and development programmes.
i) Formal Launch of Mission Bhageeratha at Gajwel in Meak district.
ii) Foundation Stone would be laid for two 1,600 MW power plants taken up by National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) at Ramagundam, Karimnagar district. He will also lay foundation stone for revival of Fertilizer Corporation of Indian (FCI) as Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Unlimited (RFCL).
iii) Then, Foundation Stone for Textile Park will be laid by PM at Warangal on the same day.
