Prime Minister Narendra Modi opined Poverty, Lack of Education and Malnutrition are the three biggest challenges our nation is facing. He told corruption has badly affected the development of our country.
On the eve of 75th Anniversary of the Quit India movement, Narendra Modi delivered his address in the Lok Sabha. He claimed India's independence isn't only about our freedom but it's a defining moment in bringing an end to colonialism in other parts of the World.
Modi said Quit India movement marked the rise of new leadership in the country. He stressed the importance of Youngsters to know about the historical events like Quit India movement.
PM told the clarion call in 1942 was 'Karenge Ya Marenge' (Do or Die) but Today the slogan should be 'Karenge Aur Kar Ke Rahenge' (Do & Keep Doing). He added, 'We need to create the same spirit that existed during 1942 to 1947 from 2017 to 2022. These 5 years are about Sankalp Se Siddhi'.
