Shocking: Nearly 20 Vehicles Collide on Eastern Peripheral Expressway, Dozens of victims Injured

Many Northern countries are experiencing severe cold waves for a few days. The temperature in many states has come down rapidly and Delhi reported an all-time low temperature of 1.1 degrees celsius.
Experts cite that, the temperature reported by the national capital Delhi on Friday is said to be the lowest ever temperature in the past one and half decades resulted in dense fog.
The dense fog resulted in multiple vehicles getting collide on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway. This resulted in more than 19 vehicles, including a police vehicle collide.
Reports claimed that several people on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway sustained injuries due to multiple collisions. The victims have been rushed to the nearby hospital immediately.
It has to be noted that, previous week, a similar incident took place which resulted in dozen vehicles colliding on the stretch.
Despite the India Meteorological Department (IMD) warning about the dense fog and dip in temperatures, travelers are not taking the issue seriously and not following the directives.
