New CEO for top IT company

One of the leading IT companies, Cognizant has declared the appointment of Brian Humphries as the new CEO of the company.
Brian is also the CEO and member of the board of directors of Vodafone Business. He is now going to take up his job at the American Multinational Corporation on 1st April 2019. The current Cognizant CEO Fransisco D'Souza and President Rajeev Mehta will step down on the same day. Interestingly, this will the first time for Cognizant hiring an outsider for company's top designation.
Before joining Vodafone, Brain Humphries served as president and Chief Operating Officer of its Infrastructure Solutions Group at Dell Global Enterprises and also as a Senior Vice President at Hewlett-Packard.
