New Development In Shakib's Case

Recently, the ICC (International Cricket Council) has banned Bangladeshi Cricketer Shakib AL Hasan in connection with a bookie. Now ICC has released Shakib's conversation with Deepak Aggarwal, a bookie.
According to ICC, Aggarwal approached Shajib in 2017 and since then they both were in touch.
When Shakib was a player in the Dhaka Dynamites team, his number was provided to Aggarwal by an unknown person. Reportedly, Aggarwal has aked that person to provide all the contacts of the players playing in the Bangladesh Premier League.
On January 19, 2018, Aggarwal sent a congratulatory message to Shakib for winning Man of the Match in the tri-series involving Bangladesh, Zimbabwe, and Srilanka. Aggarwal sent another message 'do we work in this or I wait till the IPL,' said ICC.
Shakib did not report ACU (Anti Corruption Unit)about Aggarwal approaching him regarding the match-fixing.
Shakib told the ICC that he did not accept any money from Aggarwal.
