New Location Fixed To Relocate AP Secretariat?

With the AP government not in a mood to go back from the decision to have Three Capitals for the decentralization of development rather than just focusing on Amaravati the officials are in constant search for an opt location for the relocation of the AP secretariat.

If the reports are to be believed the YSRCP government has finalized the Kapuluppada hilly coast near Visakhapatnam to relocate the AP Secretariat. Reportedly the concerned officials have planned to develop the Secretariat complex in 1,350 acres on the hills.

Interestingly the Kapuluppada Hills were allotted to the Adata Data Centre earlier for development. It was said that as the huge lands in the Hills are ready to occupy the government changed its mind and decided to relocate the secretariat here.

Earlier CM Jagan said that the Secretariat will be shifted to the Millennium Towers complex in Vishakapatnam but Jagan gave up this decision as to by doing this the IT companies which have already occupied the towers will have to move from there creating an impact on the employees working there.

So the government came up with a new decision to relocate the AP Secretariat to Kapuluppada hills as the location will be near to the city as well as the Millennium Towers reportedly.
