New Rs 15-crore convoy for KTR?

The boss is coming. Yes It's all set for KTR to take over. Though there is no official announcement, a massive ten-car convoy is being readied up for the Chief Minister-to-be. The ten car convoy would comprise swank new armoured Land Cruise Prado vehicles, each costing a whopping Rs 1.5 crore.
If highly placed sources are to be believed, the CMO officials have placed orders for the vehicles. The intel officials have given the go ahead for these vehicles a fortnight ago. These cars would be ready in two months. Eight of these vehicles are bullet-proof and have the facility to mount a gun from inside the car. This enables those inside to fire at the enemies without even opening the windows. The Land Cruisers can accommodate 7 persons plus the driver. The seating arrangement would be decided by the intelligence officials and would be kept a secret.
When asked the officials involved in the CM's security said that normally the security convoy of the VVIPs is changed every three years. The present convoy of KCR was procured in 2018. Since it has completed three years, these vehicles needed to be changed. Hence the new cars, the official revealed. He said this was a normal procedure in the VIP security.
