New Rule: All Police not authorized to stop vehicles

Its a common practice for traffic cops to stop the vehicles and bugging for bribes. But now, the police cannot stop vehicles. New rules have been issued wherein only an SI and someone higher than that have the right to stop a vehicle. Additional Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Jitender, through a press release, said that the all traffic police are not authorized to stop vehicles.
Only officers above SI rank are authorized to stop vehicles for checking documents during enforcement work. Other side lower rank officers are only allowed to record traffic violation by using evidence. So, from now we can drive without fears.
