New Tension for India,recombinant Variant spreading its Wings!

India had faced not one but three waves of the novel Coronavirus. During the same period, the country reported a flood of fresh infections and casualties. After leaving a devastating impact on the health sector the cases have been coming down recently hinting at the situation coming under control.
However, several experts have warned that India might face another wave and there are high chances for India to suffer the fourth wave. Adding fuel to this, a few media outlets in India have said that a new variant is spreading its wings in the country.
These reports say that a new virus has emerged which is named Deltacron as it is the recombinant version of Omicron and Delta variants of the novel Coronavirus. A few states have already reported the infections and combined, the infections have already crossed the 500 mark.
As many as five states have already reported the infections caused by the new variants. The experts are fearing the variant as it has the features of both variants.
The new variant came to light earlier last month in a western country. Later, the variant was spread to various nations including India. As a result, a few Indian states have reported infections caused by the new variant.
