There is no one like AP CM Chandrababu Naiduâ¦He is such good at making officials strive hard to complete the projects at record time. We have seen that happen in the case of Pattiseema and now the makeover given to Gannavaram Airport has really stunned everyone. Thanks to CBN & Ashok Gajapathi Raju for making this happen!
The new terminal was constructed in a record time of 11 months. It have 18 check-in counters and spread across 12,999 square metres. State-of-the-Art Infrastructure and pictures depicting our culture/buddhism were a feast to eyes. Facilities such as Electronic Baggage Counter, Common Internet Service and WiFi are provided. With this new facility, Additional 500 passengers could be handled round the clock. The airport is named after AP Capital Amaravati. Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju inaugurated the new terminal at Gannavaram Airport on 12th January, 2017.
