Hate Crime: American Assaults Indian-origin Woman!

Allasheed Allah (54), an American National, has been charged with hate crime for assaulting an Indian-origin Woman Avneet Kaur and hurling abuses at her on a subway in New York's Queens borough on November 30th. He was arrested on Thursday from East Harlem in Manhattan.
Reportedly, Avneet Kaur was with her Friend (another woman) while being on a Manhattan-bound E Train through Queens. Allasheed Allah lost his cool when Avneet planted a kiss on the cheek of her Friend while making a Snapchat. Upon spotting that moment, Allah lost his cool and got into a verbal spat. He yelled at Kaur, 'Don't Do That Gay S**t. If You repeat It, You Will Know What Happens'.
When the Two Women tried to leave the spot, Allah followed them and punched Kaur in the back of her head from behind. The 20-Year-Old collapsed on the floor after hitting the pole. She was rushed to the hospital where Doctors had treated the fractured spine. Cops traced the Accused who fled the scene after the crime by seeking public cooperation.
