New York Turns Out As The Worst Affected City in US

The superpower country the US continues to suffer from the Covid-19 pandemic with the cases increasing day by day. New York City became the worst affected city in the US with the cases growing by around 50%.
Going by the details given by the health officials, 3,101 fresh cases were reported in New York which takes the toll of the cases to 23,112. Shockingly, between Tuesday and Wednesday, more than 4,400 cases were reported ringing the danger bells.
Of the latest death total, the Bronx accounted for 80 deaths (22 percent); Brooklyn, 81 (22 percent); Manhattan, 55 (15 percent); Queens, 123 (34 percent); and Staten Island, 26 (7 percent), the officials said.

Between Wednesday morning to Thursday morning, 100 people died of the coronavirus in New York State. The new additions of deaths take the toll to 385.
The official stats state that the virus patients hospitalized were 5,327. Of those, 1,290 were in intensive care, up 45 percent from the 888.
