One of the prestigious and premier fashion events in India, the Lakme Fashion Week was hosted by the national capital Delhi. The fashion week that had lasted for five days, saw beautiful divas doing ramp walks and setting the mercury soaring up. The Bollywood actresses have added glamour to the event.
However, the fashion show did have a surprising element with a Rajya Sabha member doing a ramp walk and taking everyone by surprise. The MP was styled by a big designer who happens to be his relative. The way he did the walk had impressed many. His body posture and walking style were to the point.
Going into details, AAP Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha made a surprise entry at the fashion week and he had donned an all-black suit which was complemented by an orange belt. His uncle Pawan Sachdev, who is a popular designer had designed the costume.
One cannot believe that he has no experience in doing such walks and the fashion week was his first fashion appearance. His ramp walk was as professional as it can be. Like a professional and trained model, he had given the correct smile and posture.
Not just walking the ramp, the Rajya Sabha member was also a showstopper. After the Aam Aadmi Party made it big in the polls and formed the government, he was nominated to Rajya Sabha from Punjab by the party leadership.
