Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar Meets AP Governor

In a major twist in the infamous Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar row, Andhra Pradesh Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan gave an appointment to Nimmagdda Ramesh Kumar. This development came after the AP High Court directed Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar to meet Governor to restore him as State Election Commissioner(SEC).
This case reached the High Court after Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar knocking the doors of the court with the AP government not appointing him as SEC even after the Supreme Court refusing to issue a stay order in this regard.
The High Court, which heard the petition the other day directed Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar to meet AP Governor and postponed the next hearing of the case to next Friday.
Earlier, the AP government removed Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar as SEC by bringing an ordinance that cut shorts the tenure of the election commissioner. Which made Nimmagadda move the court.
