Nine More Assembly Employees Tested Positive In AP

The situation in Andhra Pradesh is getting more panic on each passing day. Shockingly, nearly 10,000 cases were reported in the last two days, with more than 50 casualties per day. The deadly virus has triggered a wave of panic among the people and politicians as well. Along with commoners, MLAs and government officials are also getting infected with the virus.
The latest news is that Nine more officials working in the AP Assembly were diagnosed with the virus. This brings the total number of Covid victims in the assembly to 17. A few more reports are yet to come. In the wake of rising virus cases, the employees are much more worried and seeking work from home orders from the government.
Over the last 24 hours, a record number of Covid-19 cases were recorded in the state. 5,041 fresh cases were reported after testing 31,148 people in the state.
