Jeweller Nirav Modi who was the prime accused in the Punjab National Bank scam continued to change his location frequently since the fraud came to light. Few weeks ago, There was an update that he was in Hong Kong. But now, He seems to have shifted to New York.
Nirav Modi kept travelling to various countries though his Indian Passport was suspended in February this year. Suspension of the passport doesn't matter if the host country is in favour of a Traveler.
Even before CBI began investigating the PNB Scam, The Celebrity Jeweller left India, that's in January first week. He is facing charges of obtaining thousands of crores from PNB using fake guarantees and never bothered to pay back.
If the sources are to be believed, Nirav Modi travelled to UAE, Hong Kong and London after leaving Mumbai early this year.
