Nirbhaya Case Filed Against Ayyanna Pathrudu

The opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) which is hitting the headlines for all the wrong resins in recent times, found it in a new controversy with a senior TDP leader booked under Nirbhaya Act for allegedly misbehaving with Municipal Commissioner.
Former Minister, senior TDP leader Chintakayala Ayyanna Pathrudu was booked under Sections 354-A (4), 500, 504, 5050 (1) (B), 505 (2), 506 and 509 under the Nirbhaya Act, after Narsipatnam Municipal Commissioner Thota Krishnaveni filing a complaint.
Going into detail, the authorities shifted the portrait of Latsapatrudu, who is the grandfather of Ayyanna Pathrudu as the renovation works at the Municipal Council is underway.
Shifting the portrait of his grandfather did not go well with Ayyanna Patrudu as the leader demanded the Municipal Commissioner to keep the portrait at the previous position and indulged in a war of words with the Commissioner.
Though Commissioner clarified that, once the renovation works get completed the portrait will be shifted to the same position but Ayyanna Patrudu went on to use offensive and abusive language on the lady commissioner.
Reports also emerged that bride using offensive language, Ayyanna Patrudu threatened the lady Commissioner with dire consequences if the portrait is not placed at th previous place.
With this, the lady Commissioner filed a complaint against the TDP leader under the Nirbhaya Act.
