'Nirbhaya' juvenile culprit; where is he now?

We all have witnessed a grave tragic incident in the great capital city of our country, New Delhi. A girl, Nirbhaya was raped in the most torturous and barbaric fashion, no one can imagine. She had to go through hell with pain, before her inescapable death and the entire Nation wanted those culprits to be hanged on spot and killed immediately. The incident also brought in the 'Nirbhaya' act to protect women against such uncivilized animals.

Well, among the five culprits, one adolescent got away as he was a minor during the time. Yes, the matter took five years to get a judgement and the said culprit, was sent to juvenile house as he still 6 months younger to be considered a major. Among all, he was charged with most heinous act as he inserted a rod into the vagina of Nirbhaya. Even our hands shiver as we type it, but the young one got away playing the minor card.

Now, he turned 23 and after being released from the juvenile house, he was taken under a NGO. The NGO trained him and tried to help him understand about his crime. They got him a job at a Delhi Dhaba as the waiter. Even though he has been deemed minor during the time of crime and let free from charges, the boy doesn't have a clue about it. A special taak force team has been watching him like a hawk and they will make sure that he remains reformed and restrained from committing any crime further. Interesting fact is except for NGO and the task force team, no one knows about his whereabouts and the owner of the Dhaba who gave him the job, doesn't know about his crime past.
