Tihar Jail Prisoners attack Nirbhaya Rapist

Vinay Sharma, one of the convicts of the sensational December 2012 gangrape case, was allegedly attacked by other inmates of the high-security Tihar jail in new Delhi.

Reportedly, Vinay Sharma suffered a fracture to his hand in the attack by Prisoners inside the prison. This incident happened on Wednesday and he was provided medical assistance immediately.

Post this development, Vinay Sharma's Counsel moved Delhi High Court seeking additional security for his client.

In December 2012, A 23-Year-Old Girl was gangraped brutally in a moving bus in National capital. The victim who is a physiotherapy intern died after undergoing treatment for days in India and Singapore. Convicts in the case were currently serving their jail term.
