All Minors given license to Rape: Nirbhaya's Parents

Parents of December 16th gang-rape victim Jyoti Singh reacted strongly to Supreme Court refusing to stall the release of Juvenile Convict and keep him under observation until his mental mental is assessed.
Nirbhaya's Mother who broke down after hearing the news commented he knew this would happen as men below 18 years of age were given license to rape in the country. Saying that nothing has changed post the brutal gang-rape of her daughter, She said women have always been cheated in India and the situation remains the same even Today. 'What lesson did we learn from Nirbhaya case? A crime of what standard need to be committed to change Indian laws?,' she questions.
Even the victim Jyoti Singh's Father reacted in a similar fashion. He commented that the apex court has granted permission for minors to rape and commit murder.
Parents of Jyoti Singh will stage a protest at Jantar Mantar at PM on Monday against the Supreme Court verdict.
