These aren't Rankings Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar obtained in any particular survey but reflects the multiple launches they have been part of in poll-bound Bihar. As the election notification for Bihar might be issued by the end of August, BJP and Ruling Party Janata Dal (United) are leaving no stone unturned to win the confidence of the voters.
To gain an upper hand over each other, Narendra Modi flagged off 17 development programmes and Nitish Kumar laid foundation stone for 13 others since the election fever gripped the state. On Tuesday alone, Narendra Modi has laid foundation stone of 11 National projects in Bihar. He also launched 2-lane highway of Muzaffarpur-Sonbarsa.
Meanwhile, Nitish Kumar launched Rs 300 crore flyover in Patna on July 21st and Two Galleries of Bihar Museum set up at a cost of Rs 500 crore on August 7th. Apart from his dream project 'Niyojan Bhavan', He started five other mega projects in the recent past.
