Nizamabad By-Poll: TRS MLA Says Kavitha Will Win The Election

The much-awaited Nizamabad MLC bypoll has started today at 9 am as per the election schedule issued by the Election Commission of India. The polling will be conducted until 5 pm today.
The bypoll is belong held at 50 centers, which include 28 centers in Nizamabad and 22 centers in Kamareddy district. As many as 824 voters will cast their vote in the bypoll.
Former MP Kavitha contesting the by-poll as Telangana Rashtra Samithi(TRS) candidate made the poll even more interesting. V. Subhash Reddy from Congress and P Laxminarayana are also running the polls.
Given the prevailing situations, all the required precautionary measures have been taken by the election commission at all the polling centers. To see that the voters follow social distancing, markings have been made.
Nizamabad Rural MLA Bajireddy Govardhan cast his vote in the by-poll and spoke to the media. Talking to the media, the lawmaker said TRS will win the bypoll.
Earlier, 24 out of 824 voters have tested positive for the novel Coronavirus. The infected voters will cast their vote between 4 pm to 5 pm. Theywill be brought to the polling centers in the ambulances.
