Congress MLA Shankar Rao once again grabbed the attention by troubling his own arty leaders including the chief minister of the state.

On Wednesday, Shankar Rao served a no-confidence motion under Rule 75 (1) of rules of procedure and conduct of business against council of ministers headed by Kiran Kumar Reddy in the AP legislature Assembly.

In his notice, Shankar Rao mentioned that he has no confidence on Kiran Kumar Reddy government and the current CM shouldn't be in the office as he has no support within the party. Apart from demanding Speakar to convene the Assembly at the earliest, he also appealed to all the political parties to extend their support to the no-trust motion.
