No Invitation To Naidu From Kumar
By: Tupaki Desk | 19 Nov 2015 4:59 PM GMTNitish Kumar is going to take oath as Bihar's chief minister for third time following a crushing electoral victory over the BJP. The ceremony will be scheduled tomorrow and invitations were sent to all the leaders across the nation.
Nitish personally called all the key leaders of nation and invited to attend the ceremony. Nitish invited chief ministers Arvind Kejriwal of Delhi, Mamata Banerjee of West Bengal, Naveen Patnaik of Odisha and Akhilesh Yadav of Uttar Pradesh. Karnataka CM also received invitation from Nitish.
But the invitation was not received for AP CM Chandrababu Naidu which left TDP key leaders in a state of shock. Nitish seems to have deliberately ignored extending invitation to Chandrababu; opined some political analysts. Some media houses reported that Chandrababu was surprised after learning that Nitish has missed him deliberately.
It was not clear whether Chandrababu's counterpart and Telangaana CM KCR has received invitation or not.The event is expected to see a galaxy of top political leaders including Congress president Sonia Gandhi and vice president Rahul Gandhi.Modi expressed his inability to attend as he leaves for Malaysia. As per reports PM called up parliamentary affairs minister Venkaiah Naidu and asked him to represent the central government at the event.Nitish Kumar will take oath as chief minister along with a 36-member council of ministers.
