No Leader For TDP In Jammalamadugu

Once it was a citadel of the Telugu Desam Party and it had notched up several memorable victories from this constituency. Today, the party has no leader worth the name and is finding itself on a very weak footing. The constituency is Jammalamadugu in Kadapa district.
All major leaders have left the party and the TDP has no one to lead it. Ramasubba Reddy, who was for decades, the party strongman in Jammalamadugu is currently in the YSRCP. It is another matter that he is not exactly welcomed by his arch foe and sitting MLA Sudheer Reddy. But, at the same time, the TDP has lost him. Similarly, another key leader and former minister Adinarayana Reddy too is out of the party. He has joined the Bharatiya Janata Party these days.
As a result, the party is like an orphan with no leader to stand rock-solid behind the workers and the cadre. As a result, several grassroots level TDP leaders are planning to move out of the party and look for greener pastures elsewhere.
