Probation Row: No Letters for Secretariat Employees, what next?

Despite rendering tier services for more than two years, the employees at the Village and Ward Secretaries across Andhra Pradesh did not receive their probation letters. After the employees met the Ministers a few times, they were informed that June 10 will be the end of their long wait.
The employees eagerly waited at the offices to get the orders but in vain. Despite waiting till evening, they did not get any letters and they left home without any option left. As the government earlier said that the letters will be out on June 10, the employees pinned high hopes.
What is even more painful for the employees is that the higher officials also have no idea when the letter will be out. Now they have two options in hand, one is to meet the Ministers and make them understand the situation they are going through.
The second one is that they should take a leaf out of Andhra Pradesh government employees and teachers who called for the 'Chalo Vijayawada' rally to fight against the PRC issue. Will they get inspired by the employees and hit the raids for their demand? No one knows. If probation is announced, more than one lakh employees will get benefited.
