Surgical Strikes reflects India's Strength: Modi
By: Tupaki Desk | 26 Jun 2017 2:06 PM GMTPrime Minister Narendra Modi Today claimed Surgical Strikes across the Line of Control (LoC) proved India won't hesitate to act tough to defend itself. He pointed out not a single country in the World has questioned the surgical strikes on terror camps on Pakistan Soil.
Taking a dig at Pakistan, Modi said India succeeded in convincing that the face-of-terrorism is destroying peace and normal life in the country. He told, 'Few people assumed terrorism could be any other law & order problem 20 years ago. Now, Terrorists have made them realize facts and we needn't have to explain any more'.
Modi opined World realized India's strength when it carried out surgical strikes on September 29th last year, just 11 days after Uri Terror Attack which claimed the lives of 19 Indian Soldiers. He told India will maintain restraint but it can also attack to protect its sovereignty.
In his jibe at China over it's stand on South China sea, PM maintained India doesn't go against international law to achieve its goals. 'The concept of Vasudhaiva Kutumbam (the whole world is one family) aren't just words,' he added, apart from saying tough decisions will be taken if the need arises.
