No one to console Sucharita?
By: Tupaki Desk | 13 April 2022 6:47 PM ISTPost the cabinet rejig, the YSRCP is like a volcano waiting to burst. Though YS Jagan's emissaries have soothed the frayed nerves of those who could not get a place in the cabinet or lost their places, they are still sulking. Many leaders are making cryptic comments that show that they are not entirely satisfied with the way the cabinet was reconstituted.
Chief Minister YS Jagan's emissaries have met leaders like Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy, Balineni Srinivas Reddy and others and have tried to placate them. Leaders like Anil Kumar Yadav, who lost his place in the cabinet, too indicate that they are not taking things lying down and could hit back at the right time.
Former Home Minister Mekathoti Sucharita's plight is truly pitiful. So far, no leader of repute has even bothered to talk to her and assuage her feelings. MP Mopidevi Venkata Ramana met her once. Beyond that, no one even tried to meet her. Her attempts to meet either Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy or YS Jagan did not materialise.
Sources say that she is upset that she has been removed quite ignominiously. She feels that the party for which she has done a lot and faced a lot of problems has ignored her. She feels that a word from YS Jagan would have soothed her feelings. But as of now, YS Jagan seems to be in no mood to listen to her.
