No Singapore model for Vijayawada!!

AP Capital committee which is being headed by Mr.Narayana is now considering the latest capital cities in India. Rather than going for the Singapore or the Chicago model, this committee is now starting the process with Indian capital city models.
To make a capital city like Singapore or Chicago, it needs lots of investments and high end projects. At present, central government may not allocate such budgets and hence the panel is looking out for local cities. The model may be inspired from the international locations but the facilities are initially on the Indian standards.
Later on, when they get more funds, they may develop the capital city into another Singapore or Chicago. For now, this panel checked 3 new capital cities in India to conform on the facilities for the APÂ’s capital city.
