No Talks & Leaks Anymore: HC On YS Viveka Case

High Court issued a crucial order during the hearing of a petition on YS Vivekananda Reddy's murder case on Friday. An order was passed denying the right to issue statements on the brutal murder until the investigation concludes. While Jagan's Counsel offered assurance on behalf of the Opposition Leader, HC directed Advocate General to offer promise on behalf of the AP Chief Minister.
In addition, High Court ordered SIT and Police not to offer leaks to the Mediahouses. Next hearing of the case has been posted to April 15th.
YS Jagan and YS Viveka's Wife Soubhagyamma sought CBI Enquiry expressing lack of faith on the investigation carried out of Special Investigation Team (SIT) appointed by TDP Government. They alleged that a malicious campaign was launched against YS Family in the name of SIT. Petitioners suspected the style of functioning of AP Police while dealing with the murder case and sought inquiry by an independent agency which isn't under the control of TDP Government.
YS Viveka's Daughter Sunitha kept complaining that statements issued by CM Chandrababu Naidu even before the completion of the investigation will have a bad influence and alter the final outcome. She questioned how can someone in a respectable position draw conclusions even before the end of investigation.
