Non-Bailable Warrant against Vijay Sai Reddy

Special CBI Court on Friday issued a non-bailable warrant against Jagan's auditor Vijay Sai Reddy.
Actually, Vijay Sai Reddy is Accused No.2 in the disproportionate assets case of YS Jaganmohan Reddy. He, however, didn't appear before the court during the hearing Today and it comes under the violation of conditional bail granted to him. Subsequently, A warrant has been issued against him.
Vijay Sai Reddy is the Rajya Sabha nominee of YSR Congress party. He filed three sets of nomination papers recently. In the election affidavit, Vijay Sai Reddy mentioned that 13 cases have been filed against him in connection with Jagan's illegal assets case. He also disclosed having assets worth Rs 17.21 crore. As AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu didn't want to field party candidate for the fourth seat, Election of Four Nominees is going to be unanimous.
