Amma Death Probe: Summons To Apollo Reddys!

In December last year, Summons were issued to VK Sasikala Natarajan and Apollo Hospitals chairman Prathap C Reddy seeking information about the sequence of incidents during 75 days hospitalisation and treatment.
Justice A Arumughaswamy Commission is now contemplating on questioning Apollo chairman Prathap C Reddy and his Daughter Preethi Reddy. Already, Apollo Hospitals Management submitted a detailed report to probe panel on the treatment provided to Amma. Now, The Commission will seek few clarifications from the father-daughter on the doubts it have. Information shared by Apollo Management will be very crucial.
Sasikala who was lodged in Parapana Agrahara Prison could provide the information sought by the Commission through an Advocate. She could even file an affidavit and even appear in person before the panel.
Jayalalithaa was admitted to the Apollo Hospitals on September 22nd, 2016. She passed away on December 5th due to cardiac arrest.
