Notices issued for Nag's N Convention Centre

The High Court has ordered Telangana Government and GHMC Authorities to issue notices to N-Concention Centre owned by Akkineni Nagarjuna over alleged encroachment of Thammidi Kunta Cheruvu in Madahapur and then earmark the Full Tank Level (FTL).
During the inspection, GHMC Officials found out that N-Convention Centre has encroached 1.2 acres of the Thammidi Kunta Cheruvu's full tank level and 2 acres in the buffer zone as well.
As Nag raised objection, GHMC approached Advocate General (AG) for legal opinion. A decision has been taken that a survey will be held once again by irrigation and revenue departments in the N Convention Centre management. Post this survey, GHMC is planning to issue show notices to N-Convention Centre.
