AP NRIs Protest At MAA Event in Dallas

Movie Artists Association (MAA) Silver Jubilee Celebrations happened in a grand manner in Dallas on April 28th and 29th. While Banquet Party happened on Friday night, Main Event took place on Saturday. Chiranjeevi graced the event as a chief guest. Many other prominent film personalities had actively participated in the celebrations.
A Group of AP NRIs staged protest at the venue of MAA Silver Jubilee celebrations on Saturday complaining that Telugu Film Industry hasn't been supporting Special Category Status movement. Barring Pawan Kalyan, None of the Big Stars in Tollywood have neither demanded Special Status nor complained about injustice happened to AP. Even Mahesh Babu choose not to respond on the issue during the promotions of Bharat Ane Nenu. Ram Charan limited his response to appreciating his Babai after the Jana Sena Foundation Day meeting. NTR, Prabhas and Allu Arjun remained tightlipped for reasons known best to them.
Mohan Babu, Shivaji, Nikhil, Sampoornesh Babu, Thammareddy Bharadwaj, Posani Krishna Murali and few other Film Celebs have voiced their opinion on Special Status. What about those who enjoy Stardom?
