NTR - 90%, Chandrababu - 70% & YSR - 20%!

With the kind of experience he have in politics, Former Minister Harirama Jogayya explained what CMs of AP such as NT Rama Rao, Chandrababu Naidu and YSR were good at doing.
When quizzed whom among NTR, Chandrababu Naidu & Rajasekhar Reddy were most corrupt, most efficient & etc., Harirama Jogayya explained he has given marks to the Chief Ministers with whom he worked during his political career.
In terms of Corruption, NTR is a genuine human being with 90 percent score (only 10% corruption) and Chandrababu who is his successor managed 70 percent (30% corruption). Whereas, YSR was awarded only 20 percent (80% corruption) as he is the most corrupt according to him.
Jogayya: 'In current circumstances, No political party could survive without corruption or bribery'.
In terms of Efficiency, Chandrababu Naidu was ranked as the best.
In terms of Welfare Programmes, YS Rajasekhar Reddy leads in implementation of more number of such initiatives. Jogayya, however, says YSR used these welfare programmes to loot the state. NTR occupies the Second Spot.
