NTR's Baadshah Business Craze: Statistics

The pre-release business of Baadshah is fantastic and NTR can't as for anything better as it's a new record in his career. Producer Bandla Ganesh is a happy man as the distribution in all areas have been closed for record amount. He pocketed around Rs 45 crore through theatrical rights alone and amount from Audio rights, satelite rights and DVD rights is an additional bonus.

Here are the distribution details of Baadshah:

Nizam: Dil Raju (Advance Basis)

Ceded: Sobhan and Lakshmikanth Reddy (Rs 8 crore, Rs lakhs recoverable)

Vizag: Kranthi Krishna Pictures (Rs 4.1 crore)

Guntur & Nellore: Hari Pictures (Rs 5.6 crore)

East Godavari: Anusri Films (Rs 2.8 crore)

West Godavari: Palakolu Bujji (Rs 2.52 crore)

Karnataka: Gopi (Rs 4 crore)

Overseas: Great India Films (Rs 4.05 crore)

Except for Krishna district, all the territories have been sold out for record prices. Top distribution houses have been offering huge sum to acquire the rights here, but Bandla Ganesh is yet to take a call.

Seems like everything has fallen in place to make NTR a Box Office Baadshah. April 5th - countdown begins!
