Old City in Hyderabad is like Mini Pakistan

Telangana BJP Legislator Raja Singh has made controversial remarks yet again. He threatens to behead those who warn of dire consequences if Ram Mandir is built in Ayodhya.
Raja Singh dared to say that Hyderabad's Old City isn't part of India but a 'Mini Pakistan'. He alleges Terrorists stay at MIM Office & Terrorism exists in the country only because of two parties in Old City. He alleged ISIS Terrorists have been hiding in Old City.
The Goshamahal MLA made it clear anybody who kills cows willn't be spared. He threatened to make people who don't raise the slogans Vande Mataram & Bharat Mata Ki Jai do so at knife point. He claims to be not afraid of even 1,000 cases and death penalty.
Will BJP disown itself from the controversial comments of Raja Singh? or Should people see it as a stand taken by BJP on Ram Mandir, Gau Rakshaks and Old City?
