A Senior Citizen was caught redhanded taking the Upskirt photos of a Teenage Girl who had come for shopping in the store. The Teenager didn't notice the mischievous act but someone else did and the footage was shared online.
The Elderly Person was charged with attempt to encourage child pornography and invasion of privacy. He, however, was acquitted of both the charges as the Judge didn't find his act illegal as per the existing laws. Judge mentioned that the Man could be punishable if he captured nude photos but she was wearing an underwear in this case. In addition, Child Pornography charges could be proved only if the victim was sexually harassed. He can't be charged with invasion of privacy either as the incident happened in a retail store. In that way, The Old Man escaped jail term.
