Omicron threat: Telangana High Court Passes Strict Orders

The high court has ordered the concerned authorities to impose stern restrictions on New Year celebrations and as well as large crowd gatherings in the next one week. Related orders were passed by the court a short while ago.
Going by the court order, the local authorities should not permit new year celebrations at any venue or encourage crowd gatherings starting from 25th December through till 2nd January.
The court has instructed the concerned authorities to see to it that there shall be no rallies of any sort on New Year's day. Also, it was advised that social distancing should be practiced at all times while out in public.
In the ominous threat of the Omicron outbreak, the court's orders are not to be taken lightly. This would mean that there will be no permissions for new year celebrations in any part of Telangana.
